With only 8 teams and over 100 years of history in Canada’s elite football league it’s hard to not make enemies. Teams can play each other up to 4 times in an 18 game regular season schedule and Labour Day signifies for the CFL a chance to renew and celebrate regional rivalries: Winnipeg Blue Bombers tangle with the Saskatchewan Roughriders for kingship of the Prairies, the Calgary Stampeders and Edmonton Eskimos battle in Alberta, while our own Toronto Argonauts take on the Hamilton Tiger Cats. Participating in this holiday tradition is a great way to take in exciting and up-beat football and close out Toronto’s 2010 Ultimate Summer.
